RumahCom – Semester kedua PT Financial institution Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk., tancap gasoline mengejar penyaluran Kredit Kepemilikan Apartemen (KPA). Tahun ini, perusahaan dengan kode saham BBTN memasang goal penyaluran KPA baik subsidi maupun non subsidi sebesar Rp748 miliar.
Goal yang dipatok tersebut lebih tinggi dari pencapaian tahun lalu yang mencapai Rp685 miliar. Sementara itu according to Juni 2018, penyaluran KPA masih sebesar Rp 395 miliar atau sekitar 52% dari goal. Angka pencapaian penyaluran KPA according to Juni 2018 lebih tinggi dibandingkan periode yang sama tahun lalu yang hanya sebesar Rp257 miliar.

Sejumlah strategi dilakukan Financial institution BTN untuk mengejar goal, diantaranya menggandeng pengembang besar yang agresif membangun hunian vertikal. Untuk memperkuat penyaluran KPA, Financial institution BTN siap menawarkan pembiayaan KPA subsidi dengan sekama Fasilitas Likuiditas Pembiayaan Perumahan (FLPP) yang akan disalurkan semester II ini.
